Controls use visible labels, logical keyboard order, visible focus and touch-sized targets. Results remain structured text, status updates use a polite live region and generation does not unexpectedly move focus.

The animal name, scientific name, filters and actions do not depend on interpreting the decorative scene. Source links and error messages remain available as text.

In the default presentation, a dark layer reveals from right to left and the title follows in a brief sequence. The effect does not delay access to the semantic result or require precise timing.

With prefers-reduced-motion, spatial travel resolves immediately or becomes only a minimal opacity transition of about 120 milliseconds. Decorative CSS marks are hidden from assistive technology, and information is not conveyed by colour alone.

The interface is designed to reflow at narrow widths and support browser zoom. When session storage or a taxonomic destination is unavailable, the core name and local generation path remain usable.

The service avoids audio, autoplay, flashing and animal imagery. Users can complete the task without a wheel, canvas gesture or pointer-only control.

Automated checks and responsive review do not replace manual testing with VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack, keyboard-only navigation, 200%–400% zoom and forced colours. No accessibility certification is claimed.
